10 minutes ricotta-spinach Fettuccine

This quick and creamy spinach sauce makes this pasta a gourmet delight. The best thing about this recipe is that it is prepared in just 10 minutes, but it is still very tasty and impresses with the richness of colors, tastes and simplicity.
The only thing that will slow you down is cleaning the shrimp– but you can use frozen and cleaned shrimp or replace them with chicken meat if you do not have time.
Trick: Buy fresh shrimp, clean them and freeze portions in the fridge 😊.

To make the dish:
1. First, put the fettuccine to boil.
2. During this time, prepare the sauce. Start by sautéing the onion and garlic, then add the ricotta and cream and finally the spinach. Cook over a low heat for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
3. After preparing the sauce, prepare the shrimp as well.
4. In the end, put it all together.
Variations: Use fettuccine, pasta or boiled rice.
