Vegetable strudel: The gifts of autumn. Autumn collected in one bite! That’s all you can say about this simple and delicious dish. If during the week you plan to make puff pastry, keep 250 g of it to prepare this dish. It’s worth enjoying right now, in the fall.
As you know, there are 3 types of puff-pastry: 1) puff pastry, 2) dough for croissants (with yeast), 3) Danish dough (with yeast and sugar). In this recipe you can use a puff pastry (1) or dough for croissants (2).

Homemade puff pastry can be stored in a refrigerator for up to 3 days. So, if you’re planning croissants for Sunday delicious breakfast, you can have the dinner on Tuesday ready in no time.
If you use store-bought puff pastry, read the label carefully, whether it is made with butter. If it is made of margarine or palm oil, do not buy it. Make the dough yourself.

TIP: If you are going to have a tough week, cook the vegetables on Sundays and store them in an airtight container until you prepare the dish. If all the blanks are ready, then the children over 12 years old can tidy the dinner.
