Biscuits Roses de Reims

Instructions

1. In a bowl pour the egg yolks with the caster sugar. Mix with electric mixer for 3 min.
2. Add the first egg white and continue to whisk 1 min. more. Add the drops of red color and the second egg white. Whisk for another minute.
3. Mix in another bowl the white flour, the corn flour and the baking powder. Sift the white mixture to egg mixture. Mix with the mixer for another minute.
4. Preheat oven to 180 C. Butter biscuits forms and sprinkle some flour. Pour biscuits dough into the biscuit form, fill 2/3 of each. Let rest for 20 min.
5. Sift icing sugar on the top of each biscuit. Cook for 15 min.
6. Serve with glass of champagne and dip the biscuit into the glass to extract the best of its taste.
