Chicken combo salad for Lunchbox

Chicken combo salad

This great salad is so filling that can be a lunch on its own. Use a left-over chicken from the last evening roasted chicken or any leftover breasts. The salad is a herb goodness. From the gentle salty potatoes and boiled eggs, lemony roasted chicken and crisp veggies, it offers something for everyone.

This salad is great for your Lunchbox. We advise to set all components in the container and mix all of them just before eating. Add a bread slice and your lunch on-the go is ready.

Dressing:

The dressing is for 4 servings. Store in the fridge. And for your Lunchbox – put it in the dip container. Season the salad just before eating to keep it fresh and not soggy.

Prepare the salad ahead: Chop the carrots, tomatoes and cucumbers. Boil the egg.
