- 250 g pizza flour ""00"
- 80 ml olive oil
- 120 ml water
- 5 g salt

Instructions
- Mix the flour with the oil,water and salt in food processor until smooth and homogeneous. Wrap it in plastic foil and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Use a rolling pin or pasta machine to roll out sheets about 2 mm thick. Use a pastry wheel to cut out 8 cm squares. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake the dough in preheated oven to 180 C for 12-14 minutes.
- Serve with ricotta, olive pesto or use as a base for Lunchbox sandwich.
