Variation:
Wizz 10 ready-made biscotti in a food processor and mix with 40 g melted butter. Press into the bottom of 4 ramekin dishes. Divide 2 halved stoned and chopped peaches (or any fruit of choice), 50 g dried cranberries and 100 g raspberries between the dishes. Spoon 2 tbsp natural yogurt into each ramekin and sprinkle with 2 tsp brown sugar. Chill for 2 minutes before serving.
