Ingredients
- 3 boiled eggs
- 2 carrots steamed and sliced
- 1/2 cup steamed beans
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 tsp sunflower oil
- 100 g fresh breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp savory
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 700 g lean minced beef
- 225 g lean minced pork
- 2 eggs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 C.
- In a bowl mix the beef with the pork. Put onion, eggs and parsley into the blender for 10 sec. Add the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, savory and cumin. Mix well with the meat.
- Pack half of the meat mixture into a large oiled loaf tin. Press it. Make a streak line and place the 3 boiled eggs. Put the carrots and bean.
- Cover with the rest of the meat. Bake for 10 min then lower the heat to 180 C and continue baking for 30 - 40 min.
- Remove from the oven and leave to stand for 15 min then turn out the meat loaf on to serving plate.
