The dough for these Muffins with mozzarella, garlic, butter and pesto is kneaded with a fork. Without hands. At the heart of muffins we put a piece of cheese, then sprinkle butter, refit row dough and finish sprinkling with butter. We have a double coating of butter. If you skip one buttering, the muffin will lose the smell of garlic and basil. You will lose the taste.
Make them at home while they are still warm, break the muffin in half and you will be charmed by melted cheese and the aroma of garlic and basil.
