The beauty in this recipe is that you do not need a time to marinate meat. It means that you can make the recipe easy without preparation and planning. And everything is done in one tray. In the tray there is enough room for potatoes. They will become crispy and full of flavour.

Tips:
Make sure the potatoes are no larger than 3cm otherwise they won’t cook in the prescribed time.
Make ahead: Place pork chops and marinate ingredients in a ziplock bag. Use your fingers outside to coat the pork. Refrigerate for up to 24 hours. If freezing, put the bag straight in the freezer, then defrost before using. It will marinate while defrosting.
