Celery root, carrot and apple puree

Cooking watery or fibrous root vegetables like celery, turnips, carrots, rutabagas and beets with little white rice ensures that they will be exceptionally creamy and with pure favor.

Add apples and you will enhance and sweeten the vegetables.

This recipe can be doubles or tripled. Do not double the amount of milk. Use just enough milk to cover the celery root by 3 cm.
