Healthy Turkey meatballs recipe with turkey, yogurt milk, chili sauce and zucchini instead of breadcrumbs. They are full of your favorite flavors like curry, soy sauce, ginger, parsley, onions and pesto.
Meatballs don’t have to be simmered for hours. They can have your favorite and cooked in a skillet, within 30 – 40 minutes. Healthy dinner can be ready that fast.
Meatballs do not have to contain bread or breadcrumbs. The shredded zucchini makes any ground meat juicier. For this recipe you may use any meat you have on hand – turkey, beef, chicken or pork.
