Crook Monsieur

There are a few weeks left until the end of the summer vacation and we are all exited with the new school year knocking on the door.

We know how many busy moments await us. We can not predict, organize and arrange anything to the smallest detail, but if we set real and feasible goals, we will most likely fulfill them.

One of these goals for 2017. is to make children more independent. That’s why we, the Lunchbox team, will be looking for recipes that can easily be prepared by kids to help them become self-confident and able to cook delicious food when they need and we are not around them to help.

Croque Monsieur

Croques Monsieur is one of the favorite foods of all children. Wondering how a simple Beshamel sauce can make from a good traditional dish, an exciting new experience for taste. Croques Monsieur is also a good-looking and excellent choice for your Lunchbox. The only complicated thing in thisrecipe is the Beshamel sauce itself. For the recipe we need a cold sauce, so you can safely set aside when you prepare it for other dishes and it will rest peacefully in the fridge, ready available like any other sauce.
