In each of our Lunchbox, there are 5 inner containers for the main food groups: vegetables, fruits, grains, proteins, dairy and fats. Each one tells you what to put in it and you don’t have to worry about the quantity. Each container is in the right amount for the respective food group for a good and balanced diet. Remove one of the inner containers and you now have an unbalanced lunch and portion control.
