Lunchbox menu: Large Salted Pancake

Our proposal today is for the busy people who care for what they eat. It is practical: prepare the dough and pancakes and fill them with various fillings. Wrap in foil and store in the fridge. Your Lunchbox for the week is ready! Just cut off a few pieces and each day you will have a different meal.

The fillings can be different:

AVOCADO: 1 pcs. Avocado, 2 tbs. lemon juice, 1/3 tsp parsley, 10 olives, cleaned of the pits and chopped, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 clove crushed garlic, 1/4 tsp. black pepper

RICOTTA and SPINACH: 200 ricotta cheese, 100 gr. Fresh spinach, 2 stalks of spring onions, 1 clove garlic, 1 tbs. olive oil, 50 g grated cheese, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Fill your favorite tortilla filler – chicken, veal or Mexican fajita.

If you’re planning a garden party, these delicious bites will be a great accomplishment for cold drinks.
