Before holidays, large tables and delicious treats, we make the Lunchbox menus light. After holidays too:)
Instead of feeling guilty about overdosing with the desserts around us, let us welcome the holidays with delight as before and afterwards, reduce the intake of heavy foods. The menu is rich in fiber, omega 3, slow carbohydrates, beneficial fats and will satiate you for a long time.
This week our Lunchbox proposal is quick and easy, because it’s clear to everyone that around Halloween we’ll spend a lot of hours in the kitchen to prepare treats for kids.
For the sandwich base , we used the salty short bread from the breakfast to reduce carbohydrates.
