Authentic Lasagne Bolognaise al forno. It is based on a rich, meaty filling, as you would expect from an authentic Bolognese recipe.

Tips:
- The Bolognese sauce can be made up to 3 days in advance and kept in a covered container in the fridge. The lasagne is best baked straight after layering or the pasta will begin to absorb the sauces and dry out.
- To reheat leftover lasagne, prick it all over with a skewer, then slowly pour a little milk over to moisten. Cover with foil and reheat in a 190°C/375°F/Gas 5 oven for 20 minutes, or until bubbling.
- Feel free to double quantities if needed.
