Ingredients
- The mix:
- 60 g butter at room temperature
- 50 g of sugar
- 1 egg
- 70 g flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tbsp mascarpone or 30 grams of grated white chocolate
- 2 tbsp yoghurt
- 24 mini muffin paper cups with a diameter of 4 cm
- 2 trays for mini muffins (24 muffins)
- For decoration:
- 100 ml. cream cheese
- 100 ml. sour cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions
- Put the butter, sugar and salt in the bowl. Beat until you get a creamy texture. Add the egg. Stir. Add the flour, baking powder, yogurt and Mascarpone cheese.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Put paper baking cups in 2 mini muffin trays.
- Pour the mixture up to 2/3 of each cup. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Remove, leave the pan to cool for 5 minutes, remove the muffins on the metal grid while cooling completely.
- Mix well the cream cheese, sour cream and sugar. Put in a polish or syringe and decorate the muffins. Cool and store in a refrigerator.
