Biscuit base for cheesecakes is a rapid dough which is easy to cook biscuits, which can be broken with a chopper, or used it as a dough for cheesecakes.

If you need vanilla dough, add vanilla instead of cocoa;  if you need gingerbread biscuits, put ginger powder instead of cocoa. Transform it according to needs.
