The dough
For dough we use carrots, that should be equally slices. Arrange them into 23 cm quiche plate.

The filling
The filling could vary according to season offerings. Here is a green beans and onions one full of spring flavor.

Order
After baking the carrot base for 15 min we put the filling gently.
