Ingredients
- 1 medium-sized broccoli (400 g. frozen)
- 2 carrots diced to a 0.5 cm pieces
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- Pepper to taste
- Sesame
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil

Instructions
- Steam vegetables for 5 min. Mash them with a fork, add the egg, the salt and the pepper.
- Add the quinoa and put in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- From the mixture form balls and roll them in sesame.
- Place in a tray over a baking sheet greased with oil. Bake 20 min. in a preheated oven at 180 degrees or until golden.
