Today’s soup is simple and gorgeous. In it are hidden winter vegetables. The potatoes are coarsely cut. It is enriched with cream, but if you want, you can use fresh milk for a lighter and dietary option if your goal is to reduce calories.

Garnished with sea products: shrimp and octopus, but you can use:
1) Boiled mussels
2) Boiled chicken meat
3) Cooked white fish
