Wonton Dough

Instructions

1. Mix flour, salt. Add the egg and cold water.
2. Mix gradually, til a smooth tiff dough forms. If the mixture is too dry, increase the amount of water. One spoon at a time.
3. On a lightly floured surface, kneed the dough until elastic. Cut dough into 2 separate balls. Cover the balls with a foil for 10 min.
4. Roll-out into 21x21 cm square. Cut each into 18 squares.
